Throughout this 680 acre property at Tamrookum Creek there are 14 level ground bush areas set aside for back to basic self sufficient bush camping. Each site has a campfire pits and wood can be collected onsite. There are no powered sites and you do require four wheel drive vehicles to access most campsites.
Some sites are appropriate for large groups and others more secluded and intimate. There are dry chemical or compost toilets within walking distance of each campsite. From some sites you will need to drive to the three shower locations.
There are two queen size bedrooms for hire at the main house with external access. There is a shared bathroom also with external access.
The property has a no glass beer bottle policy, cans can be left in the can collection basket at the office. You are requested to take your own rubbish home as there is no garbage service.
Pets are permitted as long as they are on leads at all times. It is suggested you bring a long rope to tie between the trees as a runner for when you are in camp. The property has a lot of wildlife, some on the endangered list.
